 Appointment & Registration Questions

FAQs

  • We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. We will post on social media, email our guests, make flyers to handout and post a sign for guests to see with the days we’re closed.

  • We provide, if we have it, shelf stable dry goods, fresh produce, meat, dairy, milk, eggs, bread & bakery items.

  • Kids and family members are welcome. Pets are only allowed if they’re certified therapy or service animals.

  • You may not get food from all categories, but our guests have always walked away with some food.

  • It will depend on the need. Parents with babies can get diapers and other baby items at times. Seniors might be able to get Ensure. We often have vegan food, gluten-free & sugar-free bread, and pastries.

For medical, mental, health, or other needs, please visit our HELP page for other community resources available to you.

    • When it rains, we move inside to our Fellowship Hall and distribute. Our guests sit inside the Fellowship Hall so they don’t get wet.

    • When days are over 90° or heavy rain or wind are expected, we pre-pack boxes to minimize both guests and volunteers’ time in the elements.

  • We have people who can help you shop. They can help you with your wagon, help you pick out food, and will take your food and put it in your car.
